Refund Policy

At Massimo’s K9 Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional dog training services. Due to the time, planning, and resources involved in each program, the following refund policy applies:

Training Programs & Packages

• All training programs (including Private Lessons, Day Train, and Board & Train) are non-refundable once training has begun.

• If a cancellation is made before the program start date, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any non-refundable deposit and administrative fees.

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your training spot and scheduling.

Private Lessons

• Private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

• Lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased but may be transferable at our discretion.

Board & Train Programs

• Board & Train programs are non-refundable once the dog has been checked in.

• Early withdrawal from the program does not qualify for a partial refund.

Program Suitability

• Training results depend on consistency, owner participation, and the dog’s behavior. As such, results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on training outcomes.

• If we determine a program is not suitable for your dog prior to starting, we may recommend an alternative or issue a refund at our discretion.

Exceptional Circumstances

• Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By enrolling in any program or service, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
